Policies

During the on season, each Cedar Key Cabin is rented by the week, although we occasionally make exceptions. The minimum stay is two nights.

A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation and there is a two-week cancellation policy. However, we will be happy to refund your deposit if we are able to re-book the dates you had reserved.

A security deposit of $200 and the remaining balance is required 30 days prior to reservation date. The security deposit will be refunded (less the cost of damages) within two weeks of your departure.

Each Cedar Key Cabin has a combination dead bolt lock on the front door, which will be provided when payment is received.

Dogs are allowed on the property and have a wonderful time at the lake. However, please do not leave them alone. Even though your dog may be comfortable alone at home, dogs are often frightened when left in a strange place and can cause substantial damage. Cats are not allowed.

No smoking is permitted inside either cabin.
